I wanted one of my friends to experience a Chinese style foot massage. So I called and booked two massages with them on the same day. We ended up running a few minutes behind due to traffic and they even called to see if we were still going to come. When we go there, we ended up going into one of the rooms instead and both of us got our massage in the same room. Both ladies did an excellent job kneading out our knots and we felt so relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend them. Go check them out๐

The foot and back massage was amazing.. I have a lot of knots in my upper back and they did a great job rubbing the knots out and they even used Hot Stones. I will definitely be returning to this place. The cost was super affordable and worth it. Highly recommend

Zero star review. DO NOT COME HERE to Relax foot Spa employees are demanding 30% tip from total cost of massage from its customers. The business does not have anything posted stating this is a requirement. Customer pays massage first cash or card and nothing is mentioned regarding a tip charge of 30% after Massage. When the customer is done, there is an expectation to pay 30% tip cash, and if not paid the massage staff member named Peer started yelling very aggressively that she wanted 30% tip cash for giving a massage. Very unprofessional, aggressive behavior, and demeanor. If that is the expectation, it must be clearly posted for everyone to see and mentioned at time of service payment. The customer can then decide to proceed or not. Other places, ask at time of payment if they want to include the tip when using a credit card or they offer the ability to pay a tip after via venmo or zelle. This situation happened to an elderly customer who paid services in full with a credit card upfront, but did not have enough cash on hand to pay for full 30% tip. The employees need education on customer service and business practices. The business was reported to the better business bureau to help improve business standards for all customer. Go somewhere else. DO NOT COME HERE.

Not a great experience. You can really tell they have no passion or care in doing a good job. They seem disinterested. Owner asks every customer if you have cash. The $20 price point is really good but we've had much better for the same price.

I feel betrayed lol. I have been coming here for the past year Peter was to go person then he stopped for my massages then out of nowhere he wasnโt here then I kept going then I gave one of his colleagues a try and kept going. But now after being gone for 3 weeks I come to find new staff new look and what seems to be behind counter is a new owner. New people are not as good as the old staff. This leaves me to look for a new place. ๐ฅฒ
